Bitwy pod P\u0142owcami 38\/1; 81-730 Sopot.<br\/>Contact: info@dolcevitanettuno.com <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>How to make a reservation<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>1. You can book our apartment:<br\/>\u2013 By phone,<br\/>\u2013 Through our website: dolcevitanettuno.com,<br\/>\u2013 By e-mail at: info@dolcevitanettuno.com,<br\/>\u2013 Through indirect sales portals, i.e. Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, Noclegi (reservation terms may differ).<br\/>2. Making a reservation means that you accept these Terms.<br\/>3. Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail, to the e-mail address you provided, or by an internal message through the indirect sales platforms.<br\/>4. Within 48h of booking \u2013 pay 100% of the price. No payment = cancellation of the reservation.<br\/>5. When you book the apartment less than 7 days before the planned arrival date \u2013 pay 100% of the price at the moment of booking. No payment = cancellation of the reservation.<br\/>6. If you cancel your reservation = we retain 100% of the price.   <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Fees, Deposit<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>1. Payments can be made by traditional bank transfer to the account number:<br\/><strong>PL 36 1050 1416 1000 0090 4720 0119<\/strong><br\/><strong>EUR 28 1050 1416 1000 0097 1971 9693, <br\/><\/strong>or when making the reservation.<\/p><p>2. To secure against any potential damage, we may collect a deposit from you \u2013 we will inform you of such a need in a separate e-mail message. You can transfer the deposit to us by bank transfer. We will return it to you within 7 days of the end of your stay. We may deduct from it the costs of any damage you have caused. Contractual penalties specified in the Terms may also be deducted from the deposit.<br\/>The price paid includes:<br\/>\u2013 a set of bed linen and towels,<br\/>\u2013 final cleaning related to typical soiling,<br\/>\u2013 utilities (water, electricity, gas, wireless Internet).<br\/>You can order additional services from us: change of bed linen and towels during your stay \u2013 price set individually depending on the number of guests; cleaning during your stay: price set individually.    <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>\u2013 The apartment rental is counted in days.<br>\u2013 A reservation can be made for no fewer than two days.<br>\u2013 The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.<br>\u2013 If you do not leave the apartment by the designated time, we will charge you a contractual penalty of 150.00 zloty for each commenced 30 min.<br>\u2013 You can extend your stay, but only with our consent \u2013 report such a need by phone or e-mail no later than 24 hours from the day on which your stay ends.<br>\u2013 We will extend the stay according to our possibilities, but we cannot guarantee it.<br>\u2013 Extending the stay by another day involves fees, which we will present to you.<\/p><p><strong>Important: if on the day of check-out the condition of the apartment makes it impossible (due to damage or abnormal soiling) to accept further guests, we have the right to charge you a contractual penalty amounting to twice the price per day of the apartment.<\/strong><\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Withdrawal from the Agreement<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>We may withdraw from the Agreement and not hand over the apartment to you when:<br\/>\u2013 you do not settle the entire payment for the stay,<br\/>\u2013 you do not fill in the registration card or fill it in with false data,<br\/>\u2013 the persons who are to stay in the apartment are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants,<br\/>\u2013 they behave aggressively,<br\/>\u2013 during a previous stay they grossly violated the rules of stay.<\/p><p>We may withdraw from the Agreement and order you to leave the apartment when you or your guests:<br\/>\u2013 disturb the peace, the night-time quiet, and the Police or neighbours intervene,<br\/>\u2013 destroy the apartment,<br\/>\u2013 behave aggressively.<br\/>When we withdraw from the Agreement for the above reasons, we are not obliged to refund any amounts due. <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>What we are not responsible for<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>The property is not liable for valuables left in the rooms. It is recommended to keep valuable items in the safe. <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What we can do<\/span><\/h4><p>We have the right to enter the apartment without notice when:<br\/>\u2013 a malfunction has occurred,<br\/>\u2013 there is a suspicion that you are grossly violating the rules of the regulations, devastating the apartment,<br\/>\u2013 there is a risk to life or property,<br\/>\u2013 you do not leave the apartment (including taking all your belongings) after the check-out time and do not extend the stay in accordance with the provisions of the &#8220;Check-in and check-out&#8221; column. In this case, we will also charge a contractual penalty of 150 zloty for each commenced half hour of occupying the apartment after the planned check-out time (also in the case of leaving belongings in the apartment).<br\/>In the above situations, we will also call the Police or other services.<br\/>We are not liable:<br\/>\u2013 for property or personal damage to you or your guests,<br\/>\u2013 for items brought in and left behind after leaving the apartment. We may send the left items back to you at your expense, however, if you do not claim them, after 7 days we will dispose of them at your expense.  <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>What you cannot do<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>You cannot: <br\/>1. Use the apartment contrary to its intended purpose,<br\/>2. Bring in guests above the number of persons declared at the time of booking,<br\/>3. Sublet the apartment or give it for free use to any third parties,<br\/>4. Make changes to the substance of the apartment, carry out renovations, alterations, arrangement changes,<br\/>5. Drill holes in the walls,<br\/>6. A total smoking ban applies in the Apartment. For failure to comply with the smoking ban in the Apartment, the owner may demand a fee of \u20ac 200 \/ 1000 PLN,<br\/>7. Throw rubbish or any other items through windows, balconies and terraces,<br\/>8. Keep animals in the apartment,<br\/>9. Organise parties, celebrations, receptions that would violate the order regulations and the night-time quiet,<br\/>10. Use any devices powered by electricity, other than: a computer, a shaver, a hair dryer, a phone charger, a kettle, a toaster, an iron, a TV, <br\/>11. Disturb the peace during the day or the night-time quiet, which applies daily from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Your obligations<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>You are obliged to:<br\/>\u2013 present an identity document during check-in to the apartment,<br\/>\u2013 each time the Guest leaves the Apartment, they should check that the door is locked,<br\/>\u2013 take care of the apartment,<br\/>\u2013 report any damage that occurs to us immediately,<br\/>\u2013 keep the peace during the day and observe the night-time quiet,<br\/>\u2013 make the apartment available to us in the situations described in the Terms,<br\/>\u2013 secure the apartment before leaving it \u2013 close the windows, turn off the taps, switch off the electricity and electrical devices,<br\/>\u2013 secure the property brought into the apartment.<\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Keys and remote controls for the garage gate<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>1.The keys to the apartment are handed over directly by a member of the apartment staff at an agreed place, at an agreed time. If the Guest cannot arrive at the previously agreed time, they should inform the Staff immediately.<br\/>2. The Client is obliged to inform the person responsible for handing over the key and the gate remote control no later than two hours before arrival at the apartment.<br\/>3. During the handover of the Apartment, the Staff hands over 1 or 2 sets of keys (this depends on the number of Guests) and a remote control for the entrance gate.<br\/>4. The return of the key and the entrance gate remote control on the day of departure takes place in a manner agreed with the Staff.<br\/>5. In the event of losing the apartment keys, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of \u20ac 30 \/ 130 PLN.<br\/>6. In the event of losing the remote control for the garage hall entrance gate, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of \u20ac 40 \/ 180 PLN. <\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Complaints<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>1.If you want to file a complaint:<br\/>\u2013 submit the complaint regarding the stay, reservation or payment to the e-mail: info@dolcevitanettuno.com,<br\/>\u2013 in the submission, provide your first and last name, the date of stay and a description of the situation,<br\/>\u2013 the complaint can be filed within 30 days from the day of check-out,<br\/>\u2013 we will examine it within 14 days of receipt, and we will send the response to the e-mail address provided.<\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Personal data protection<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>1. The controller of personal data is: Iwona and Marcin Lasek, ul. Bitwy pod P\u0142owcami 38\/1; 81-730 Sopot.<br\/>2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of handling the reservation, stored for two years, after which time it is automatically deleted.<br\/>3. You have the right to access, modify and delete data &#8220;the right to be forgotten&#8221;.<br\/>4.
